Payment
• I only work with US American Dollars, or foreign currencies being converted to the equal amount of USD.
• I only take payments via PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, or Ko-Fi.
• I only do 50/50 payments. I will begin working once the first half is sent, and expect the other half once the piece is finished.
• In the event the second half is not provided, I will withhold the final product.
• I WILL NOT do any other forms of payment.
• I WILL NOT give refunds, with the exception of one instance. If I predict I am unable to create your commission during the sketch, I will issue a full refund.LIMITS
• I refuse to work off of an AI generated reference. Describe it the character to me instead.
• Any NSFW art may ONLY depict ADULTS. NO CHILDREN, OR CHILD LIKE CHARACTERS/PROPORTIONS.
• I will not draw feral NSFW.
• I WILL ONLY accept NSFW commissions via PayPal, or Ko-Fi.
• By paying with PayPal, you acknowledge that you are saying you are the age of 18, or older.
• I WILL NOT draw extreme gore. Blood, and injuries are fair game!
• I WILL NOT draw material to be used for real world hate speech. Fictional situations will be accepted.
• I am free to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable tackling. I will be transparent, and explain what stops me.Rights to Imagery
• Upon the completion of the commission, the client has the rights to personal use.
• If the client wishes to have commercial rights, they must pay 100% of what the artwork's total was. With these rights, you may use your commissioned piece to sell merchandise that would use my artwork, use my artwork as a promotional piece to social media, or any other monetary gain.
• My art, NO MATTER WHAT RIGHTS ARE GIVEN TO THE CLIENT, will credit me, Arsène (Adonis Stewart), if publicly used.
• My art, NO MATTER WHAT RIGHTS ARE GIVEN TO THE CLIENT, may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or Cryptocurrencies.Turnaround Times, Updates, Changes
• My turn around time varies based on complexity of the piece. I will take 1-2 weeks working on the drawing.
• In an event I every fall short of this, I will explain myself to the client what would be stopping me.
• I will automatically send updates based on my progress.
• The client may ask for updates at any time. The commission is meant for what the client wants. Do NOT feel afraid to request tweaks.
• Upon the final stage being completed, the client may point out minor details of the commission being wrong to have them be fixed.Last updated
