Payment
• I only work with US American Dollars, or foreign currencies being converted to the equal amount of USD.
• As of November 20th, 2024, I only take payments via PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo.
• I either do 50/50 payments, or 100% upfront.
• With 50/50 payments, I will take half of the payment up front, and share watermarked versions of the process. Upon the end, I will send a blurred final version with a slightly transparent overlay of the initial sketch. The final image will be delivered, with the clients choice of file sharing, without the overlay as the later half of payment is received.
• With 100% upfront, I will send process images of all the work, and whenever asked of my current progress. The final product will be delivered as soon as possible with the clients choice of file sharing.
• I WILL NOT do payment plans.
• I WILL NOT give refunds, with the exception of one instance. If I predict I am unable to create your commission during the sketch, I will issue a full refund.
• I WILL NOT upcharge if you choose to commission a character with a complicated character design.Do’s, and Dont’s
• I WILL draw pornography, detailed nudity, and sexual situations, provided that the NSFW fee is paid for.
• ONLY BETWEEN ADULTS, NO CHILDREN, OR CHILD LIKE CHARACTERS/PROPORTIONS.
• THIS IS ONLY TO DEPICTED WITH HUMANOIDS, ANTHROPOMORPHIC CHARACTERS, AND/OR INTELLIGENT CREATURES. BEASTS AND FERAL ANIMALS WILL BE DENIED.
• I WILL ONLY accept NSFW commissions via PayPal invoice.
• By paying with PayPal, you acknowledge that you are saying you are the age of 18, or older.
• I am NOT responsible for the circumstance of someone under 18 commissioning me for NSFW. PayPal is only available to those of age. This violates laws that are much higher than me.
• Despite my client's honesty not being my responsibility, I will still do light checking to see if they are of age or not.
•I WILL NOT draw extreme gore. Blood, and violence. Previously amputated limbs are allowed.
• I WILL NOT draw overly detailed mechas.
• I WILL NOT draw material to be used for real world hate speech. Fictional situations will be accepted.Rights to Imagery
• Upon the completion of the commission, the client has the rights to personal use. If unsure what may or may not be allowed, please contact me!
• If the client wishes to have commercial rights, they must pay 100%+ more of what the piece originally was. With these rights, you may use your commissioned piece to sell merchandise that would use my artwork, use my artwork as a promotional piece to social media, or any monetary gain.
• My art, NO MATTER WHAT RIGHTS ARE GIVEN TO THE CLIENT, will credit me, Arsène (Adonis Stewart), in some way.
• My art, NO MATTER WHAT RIGHTS ARE GIVEN TO THE CLIENT, may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or Cryptocurrencies.Turnaround Times, Updates, Changes
• My Turnaround Time varies, but I can estimate around 1-4 weeks, depending on how much work I have.
•I will automatically send updates based on my progress. When the sketch is done, line art is done, color is done, shading is done, is when I'll send updates. Similarly will apply to backgrounds.
• The client may ask for updates at any time.
• The commission is meant for what the client wants. Asking for updates can help the client see what they want revised.
• Upon the final piece being completed, the client may point out minor details of the commission being wrong to have them be fixed.
• I will only allow 3 revisions per piece.Last updated
